All food sales are final.
All payments are non-refundable and if cancelled, store credit can be issued by Party Flavors Custom Cakes Management.
Payment for Custom orders must be paid 2 weeks in advance.
Any cancellations must be made 2 weeks in advance and will result in a Store Credit ONLY.
Alterations to orders will be at the discretion of Party Flavors Custom Cakes Management to issue store credit.
What is your cancellation policy?
There are no returns, refunds, modifications, or cancellations. Once an order is placed it cannot be changed. However, if you must change your pick-up time, please contact the shop as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate you within reason.
Party Flavors Custom Cakes offers local delivery options. Please see our delivery map for delivery prices based on location. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
What if I want to change the time to pick up my order?
All sales are final and cannot be changed as Party Flavors Custom Cakes prepares orders as received. Orders can be picked up at the shop or customers have the option for pre-paid delivery. Orders are available for pick up any time after the scheduled pick-up time. If you arrive early, you may have to wait for your order to be ready. Please be aware that orders not picked up will have to be disposed at the end of the day as baked goods are highly perishable. Also note; Products may contain/come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions. If you choose for your order to be delivered, Party Flavors cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond their control during deliveries. Party Flavors is not responsible for any non-edibles being placed in or on the cake. Examples: Pearls, Rhinestones, etc. These items must be removed before serving cake.
